The following are the return and refund policy of Autodoc
An unusual returns are not accepted during the Sale Period.
All return/replace requests should be filed within 24 hours of the delivery of the product. Any request succeeding that will not qualify for replacement. Please exercise caution before placing an order because you cannot cancel an order once it is processed.
In case you are unsatisfied with the received purchase, we request you to reach us at +91 8113963427 with your order details, and we shall revert back to you at the earliest with the details of return shipping process.
Our Customer Service Department is available to assist you when a problem arises with your order.
In case of damaged goods being delivered or wrong size or wrong specification, we offer only replacement. No refund of the same will be provided under any condition.
We will do our best to fulfil requests to return material. Returns accepted for items ordered should be initiated with 48 hr from product delivery.
Replacement will be done only if there are manufacturing defects and not for size issue or colour change, informed within 24 hr of delivery. After returning the damaged goods we will replace the item within 10 to 15 business days. The cost of sending the product for exchange will be borne by the customer.
The items will be exchanged if, the product is returned unused, convoyed by the original invoice, packing, labels, etc., received by us in re-saleable condition. (So please use a proper courier service), must be sent to us within 48 hours of its delivery.
Products not received in the above condition will not be exchanged.
Any product can only be exchanged for size. If the required size is unavailable in a particular model, then the customer can choose from available models or wait till the size in the ordered model becomes available. An exchange is not possible for accessories. No refunds will be made under any circumstances.
After placing the order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with an order number and once the order has been processed and dispatched you will receive another email along with shipping information and tracking ID, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days of payment receipt. Please accept any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities, nevertheless we will make sure that the packaging is done very neat and safe.
Approximate delivery time for various regions in India:
North – 8-15 working days, South – 4-6 working days, East – 6-12 working days, West – 6-12 working days
